Alexandros Karampas

Alexandros Karampas was born in Arta in 1951. He graduated from the University of Athens Law School and then pursued studies in London where he attended seminars in criminology for two years. Since 1975 he has practiced law in Greece, as the head of “Alexandros Karampas & Associates Law Office”. In the past forty years, Alexandros Karampas has litigated a broad spectrum of complex legal matters, successfully handling numerous eminent civil, criminal and administrative law cases. Alexandros has long been involved in the enterprise world, providing legal counsel and serving as a member of the Board of various companies. More important, he served as CEO of Veterin AVEE, a publicly traded SA pharmaceuticals company from 1996 until 2005. Currently, he is a part of consortia partnerships working for the creation of the Attiki cadastral map.
 

Aikaterini (Nina) Tzeli

Aikaterini (Nina) Tzeli was born in Trikala, Thessaly. She graduated from the University of Thessaloniki Law School with a Master in Comparative Psychology. She has been an active litigator since 1991 when she was admitted to the Athens Bar Association. In 1994, she started doing pro-bono work for the cause of children’s rights, by handling cases of underprivileged kids who were inmates of the Koridallos Prison Complex Juvenile Detention Center. Nina served as a member of the board of the Athens Child Protection Foundation, which falls under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice, from 1995 to 2013, while she had a pro-bono tenure as Secretary of said foundation from 2003 to 2013. Nina has been a keynote speaker in workshops and conferences revolving around issues faced by children, many a time. In 1998 she was a member of a legislative committee for the Ministry of Justice, with the mandate to prepare a progressive bill, going by the name of “Juvenile Welfare Centers”, which was never brought in. Her articles on children’s rights have been published in the daily press. In 2013, she authored the book “Episkeptirio Telos”, published by “Livanis”. She has been a legal representative, a member of the board and a chairman for publicly traded SA companies and a member of working groups for the creation of the Attiki cadastral map.

Aris Karampas

Born in Athens, 1980. Graduated from “Alma Mater Studiorum Universita Di Bologna – Facolta Di Giurisprudenza”. Aris became an associate to “Alexandros Karampas & Associates Law Office” when he was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2006. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and criminal law litigation and has been involved with anonymous partnerships both as a legal representative and as a member of the Board of Directors. Aris has worked as a special counsel for the Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance & Welfare and as an external associate for banking institutions. Aris is  member of cadastral survey working groups in Attiki and Elassona. His publications include his dissertation titled “Il Procedimento Fallimentare Nell’ Ordinamento Greco” (The Bankruptcy Process in Greek Law), as well as articles in the newspaper “ORRAON” titled “The Greek Electoral System”, “Electoral Processes”. A long time collaborator for The Children Support Centre of Elefsis, Aris helped write the assessment report for the human rights-oriented project “Cores of Knowledge”. He is a fluent speaker of English and Italian and a certified instructor for the Center for Security Studies.

Fotis Karampas

Born in Athens, 1985 and graduated from the University of Athens Law School. Fotis has been an integral part of the “Alexandros Karampas & Associates” Law Office since 2007 and was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2012. Since then, he has amassed substantial experience in handling civil, commercial and administrative law cases, while at the same time working with SA companies as a legal counselor and representative. Fotis is specialized in handling issues faced by non-EU citizens who want to acquire a residence permit or EU-citizenship, possessing considerable experience in this field. He has attended legal seminars in Greece and abroad and took part in the cross-disciplinary workshop “Communicative Justice – Mental Health and Juvenile Delinquency Deterrence”. Fotis is a member of cadastral survey working groups in Elassona since 2015. He helped write the assessment report for the human rights-oriented project “Cores of Knowledge”. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
